We're looking for a Children's Case Manager to lead specialist support for children and young people who have experienced or witnessed family violence. You'll provide trauma-informed, child-centred case management, deliver individual and family sessions, co-facilitate groups, and work alongside safe caregivers to rebuild the parent-child relationship.
This ongoing role is an exciting opportunity to elevate children's voices in case planning, provide therapeutic support toward long-term recovery, and help them participate and thrive, within a team guided by collaboration, respect, courage, creativity, inclusivity, impact and kindness.
You'll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Community Development or a related field;
- extensive experience in MARAM risk assessment;
- strong case management and trauma-informed practice skills;
- and a genuine understanding of the gendered nature of family violence.
Experience running groups and working directly with children and young people affected by trauma is highly valued.
