Our approach is grounded in practice, informed by research and shaped by the experiences of the women and children we support. We focus on early intervention, therapeutic recovery and integrated service delivery to improve long-term outcomes and disrupt cycles of violence.
Key innovations
Back on Track (BOT)
An evidence-informed early intervention program supporting children aged 5–12 impacted by family violence to rebuild emotional safety, strengthen relationships and improve regulation.
Legal Health at Refuge
A place-based model integrating legal support into crisis accommodation, ensuring women can access timely advice and address multiple legal issues early.
