Back on Track
Our flagship program, Back on Track, supports children aged 5–12 who have been exposed to family violence and are showing signs of trauma-related behaviour.
Through therapeutic group work, play-based learning and caregiver support, children learn to:
- understand and regulate emotions
- rebuild trust and connection
- strengthen relationships at home and school
Mini Messy Bots
Programs like Mini Messy Bots extend this work to younger children aged 2–6, strengthening attachment and co-regulation during the earliest developmental years.
